1999 “Guray Instant Bite Raiser” is first presented to the orthodontic field. It was the first international patent of Turkey in the fields of dentistry and orhodontics. The Guray Bite Raiser is a simple and fixed auxiliary used in raising the bite which facilitates some of the orthodontic treatments.

2008- His new invention EZretainer is developed and presented to his colleagues all around the world. This appliance consists of a simple, fixed and adjustable space maintainer.
“2010- His recent invention EZ Slider is developed and presented to the orthodontic field. The EZ Slider creates parallel forces that prevent unwanted tipping and rotations while allowing the movement of multiple teeth”.
2011- Private practice and at the same time clinical instructor and lecturer in University of Erciyes, Department of Orthodontics, Kayseri.
2011-2015 - Private practice and lecturer of Orthotechnology Company. From 2012 succeeded the HAAD exams and got the HAAD Licence and he is also practising in Abu Dhabi at Scand Care Dental Clinic.
2015- His research about Neodium Magnets is supported by the Turkish Governament.
Dr. Guray has 55 scientific studies published and presenred, and he has special interest on the Conservative Therapy of the TMJ, on Mini Implant supported mechanics and also LPT (Light Emited Photomodulation Therapy) which consists of the acceleration of the orthodontic treatments.
