2) Packaging, courier and delivery expenses are covered by the BUYER. The courier fee is 0 TL, and the courier price is added to the total price of the order. It is not included in the price of the product. Delivery shall be made by hand to the above stated address of the BUYER with the contractual shipping company. Our company shall be deemed that it has perform its duty fully and completely even though the BUYER is not present at his/her address at the time of delivery. Therefore, the SELLER is not responsible for losses and expenses due to the fact that the BUYER take delivery of the product with delay and/or does not taking delivery of the same. The SELLER is responsible for ensuring that the contractual product is sound, complete and complies with the qualifications specified in the order and, if available, delivered with the warranty documents and user manuals.
3) The product shall be delivered at the latest in 30 days following the date of the agreement. All responsibility belongs to the SELLER until the product is delivered.
4) The Consumer (the BUYER) has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any justification within 14 (fourteen) days and without paying any penalty. The period for right of withdrawal commences on the establishment date of the agreement for agreements on service provision, and on the delivery date of goods to the consumer or third person designated by the consumer for agreements on delivery of goods. However, the consumer may also exercise his/her right of withdrawal within the period from signing the agreement to the delivery of goods. The following days are taken as the basis while determining the period for right of withdrawal:
a) For goods that are the subject of a single order but delivered separately; the day that the last good is delivered to the consumer or third person designated by the consumer,
b) For goods consisting of multiple items; the day that the last item is delivered to the consumer or third person designated by the consumer,
c) In the agreements where the goods are delivered regularly for a certain period of time, the day of delivery of the first goods to the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer shall be taken as a basis. The consumer may not exercise his right of withdrawal in the following agreements:

c) Contracts of goods which are subject to immediate deterioration or which are likely to pass the expiration date
d) Contracts of goods that are not suitable for health and hygiene issues after they are unpacked upon the delivery
e) Contracts of goods which are mixed with other products after delivery and which cannot be separated by their nature
e) Contracts of tangible materials such as books, digital content and computer consumables of which the protective components such as package, tape, seal, box were opened/unwrapped by the BUYER upon the delivery.
g) Contracts of delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines other than those provided under the Subscription Agreement
g) Contracts of recreational activities carried out with the purpose of lodging, moving items, renting car, food-drink supply and entertainment or resting, which has to be done at a specified date or within a time period.
i) Contracts of services fulfilled electronically or intangible assets delivered to the BUYER instantly
h) Agreements of services fulfilled upon the confirmation of the BUYER prior to the expiry of right of withdrawal.
5) Technical protection measures that affect the functionality of digital contents in case the consumer purchases any digital content, and information on which hardware or software that the digital contents can work with, which the SELLER knows or is reasonable expected to know, are stated in the presentation text on the web site where the purchased product is offered for sale on addressed www.drgurayortho.com .
6) Consumers' complaints and objections: If you have any complaints about your order and/or product subject of the order and/or any matter with regard to your order, you may submit your complaints to the SELLER via the contact information stated above or via the contract information stated on the web site addressedwww.drgurayortho.com. Your submitted complaint applications shall be immediately recorded and evaluated by authorized units to come up with a solution, and feedback shall be given to you within the shortest time.
